Dr Nancy Wanjiru Kiumbura

Throughout the twenty-five years Dr. Nancy Kiumbura has been practicing as an Ophthalmologist, her professional attributes describe her as a skilled clinician and eye surgeon specializing in comprehensive ophthalmology, with clinical focus that transverses beyond general ophthalmology to include Laser Refractive Surgery, Keratoconus and management other cornea diseases.

She holds a strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and post graduate degree specialization in Ophthalmology from the University of Nairobi and additional  Master’s degree in Business Management and healthcare systems.

Currently based in Australia where she relocated to further her qualification, Dr Kiumbura continues to practice ophthalmology and hone her clinical skills.

She continues to serve as director at Eagle Eye Laser Center, a role she has held since joining the center in 2000 as founding partner.

She maintains board certification in Kenya and still consults with patients during her occasioned visits back home.
